We try to maintain a firm commitment at Arbeyal to our land and its gastronomic traditions. Because of this, we prepare our dishes with care, passion and dedication. Over low heat, with quality meats and legumes, with homemade and natural sauces and without any additives. Our aim is to transfer the authentic flavour of these traditional dishes to the table, healthily and facilitating their preparation, since, heating alone would be enough to prepare them.
