Authentic and emblematic quality of Agromar: this sea urchin caviar is made from the roe of the sea urchin (Paracentrotus lividus), collected on cliffs, rocks and seabeds of the Cantabrian Coast. Sea urchins are a high quality catering product which require very careful selection.
The roe is extracted manually with great care and packed as found in the shell.
The entirely traditional preparation means we can enjoy a breath of sea air as wild, virgin and harsh as our coasts.
